Delegates from North American powder coating companies are invited to a Showcase at Baker Perkins, Grand Rapids, Michigan, on June 13 and 14 to view our latest process and production technology.

A wide-ranging program will include presentations on the latest innovations in machinery, process control and process optimization; detailed inspection of an upgraded production-scale MPX40 twin-screw extruder before delivery to a US customer; and production demonstrations on an MPX24 laboratory scale machine.

We will be presenting our capability to offer complete powder coatings lines with capacities reaching 2,900 kg/hour.  Suppliers of major units in a line will make presentations. They include BBA Innova’s customized cooling, solidifying and flaking equipment; Schenck Process AccuRate Feeder Systems for feeding, weighing, discharging and flow metering of bulk ingredients; Neumann & Esser’s reciprocating compressors and grinding systems; and Promixon’s industrial mixing technology.

Keynote speaker Kevin Biller (President - Powder Coating Research Group) will review the state of the industry and give a glimpse into future markets and technologies.

This event follows a similar Showcase at Peterborough, UK, when delegates agreed that time was well spent, calling it a “well organized and efficiently run event”.
