With a new extruder and cooling conveyor range, Schenck Process Group companies Baker Perkins and Kemutec now offer fully integrated and automated turnkey systems for powder coatings.

Baker Perkins’ new HPX35 extruder and cooling conveyor, as well as Kemutec’s Easy-Clean Mill will be on show at the European Coatings Show at Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, Germany, 28th to 30th March, 2023, in Hall 4A, Stand 308.

Complete process systems and support for powder coatings

We now manufacture in-house all the equipment for a complete powder coating process line, comprising weighing and feeding the premix to the extruder, and cooling, flaking and grinding and sifting after the extruder.
