The Soft Dough & Cream Sandwiching Showcase is the ideal way to get up to date on the latest technologies in these areas. The Showcase will feature a full mixing, moulding, baking and cream sandwiching line for the automatic production of over 5,000 cream sandwiches per minute, including technical presentations and detailed inspections of all the equipment.

In addition, we will include technical presentations on other aspects of soft dough forming such as wire cutting and bar / filled bar extrusion.
