 Stanley P. Cauvain is a Director of
 BakeTran, an independent consultancy to
 

the baking industry. He is the Vice-President responsible for its Research and Development activities. A leading authority in the technical, commercial and scientific aspects of the application of baking and milling, he provides consultancy for international companies, large and small. From 1994-2004 he was Director of the Cereals and Cereal Processing Division within the Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association (CCFRA).
