Jackson’s Bakery has a long heritage of bread making going back over a century. With a highly skilled workforce and recently renewed manufacturing facilities, Jackson’s is able to manufacture a wide range of top quality bread products. Jackson’s recently changed the layout of the site, improving many aspects of the buildings and replaced almost all of the main pieces of equipment in the bakery. The plant is the only one in the UK to focus exclusively on the needs of sandwich makers. The bakery in Hull produces over a million loaves a week which equates to over 9 million sandwiches.
