The Baker Perkins Bakery Showcase will be take place on the 2nd and 3rd September 2008 at our factory in Peterborough, UK.

The event is being held to enable bakers from around the world to share our passion for improving bread quality and plant efficiency through advanced process technology and superior engineering design.

The first day will be held at the Baker Perkins factory and will include the opportunity to examine in detail a high output mixing and forming system ordered by Warburtons in the final stages of assembly. This will be complemented by factory tours and technical presentation by our senior engineers and process technologists. The day will include a presentation by Stanley Cauvain, an internationally renowned bakery consultant and author, on the process aspects of improving bread quality. All presentations will be followed by an opportunity to put questions to an expert technical panel.

Day two will comprise a visit to Jackson's Bakery, Hull. Jackson's enjoys the highest reputation for the quality and variety of their products, which they make using Baker Perkins mixing and forming equipment.  NEXT
