Baker Perkins will be at Interpack 2014, exhibiting our latest confectionery, snack, breakfast cereal and biscuit process technology.

Confectionery: introducing upgrades to three key components of the AutoCook™ confectionery cooking system: the Autofeed, Microfilm™ cooker and Colour and Flavour Addition (CFA) system. We will also be showing our latest lollipop stick insertion system, and demonstrating the unique purge and washout system for the ServoForm™ depositor as well as upgraded monitoring and control technology for fully integrated and automated confectionery production.

Snack: find out how to manufacture a full range of extruded snacks from standard direct expanded to high value filled or shaped products. An SBX Master™ twin-screw extruder, CoEx Master™ pillow crimper and a full range of dies will be exhibited along with demonstrations of the latest control technology.

Breakfast Cereal: investigate how our innovative, cost-cutting ‘Spectrum’ colour change system extends Baker Perkins’ cereal extrusion capability, and see the expanded Cook Master™ range of rotary cereal cookers. There will also be demonstrations of enhanced control systems for all Baker Perkins extruders and rotary cereal cookers.

Biscuit: see the latest TruClean™ wirecut machine, as well as our unique shaftless High Speed Mixer: equipment that combines maximum flexibility with minimal production costs for flexible, low-cost biscuit production.

Innovation Centre: All equipment exhibits will link to an Innovation Centre on the stand, where visitors can investigate product developments for their own business and discuss opportunities with our expert food technologists.
